Welcome to Salt Lake City Facilities Division
The Facilities Division effectively
maintains Salt Lake City facilities and the
Downtown/Sugarhouse business districts in a safe,
clean, well maintained, and secure working
environment for employees, business owners,
citizens, and visitors. These services include:
Business District Services
such as snow removal, sidewalk and planter repairs,
graffiti removal, clean-up, trash removal,
electrical, and sprinkler repairs for the Downtown
and Sugarhouse business districts.
Building Services for city-owned
buildings such as lighting, plumbing, electrical,
carpentry, painting, environmental, furniture,
janitorial, and security.
